The eleven public pages, at the URLs they should be known by.

These are the REWRITTEN paths (see next.config.js), never the .html files
behind them. Both forms serve the same bytes, so listing the .html twin here
would hand Google two candidates for one page and let it pick — which is the
duplication the canonical tags exist to settle.

No <lastmod>. A date that is not maintained is worse than an absent one:
Google weighs lastmod when deciding what to recrawl and discounts a whole
sitemap whose dates it finds untrustworthy. Adding a build-time stamp would
mark every page as changed on every deploy, which is precisely the lie that
  earns the discount.

/site-flow is deliberately absent too. It is the internal map of this site
rather than a page of it, and it carries a noindex tag for the same reason.

/brokers/example-listing is deliberately absent. It carries a noindex tag
because it imitates a real brokerage's listing page closely enough that a
search result for it would mislead somebody, and the page a reader should
land on first is /brokers, which links to it.

No <priority> or <changefreq> either. Google has said for years it ignores
both, and carrying fields nobody reads only makes the file look maintained.
